Ashiatsu Bar Massage

Barefoot massage technique using the feet with no oil or lotion to release chronic pain. Our therapists will use parallel bars installed in the ceiling to vary the amount of weight and pressure applied to deep muscle tension. Not recommended for the elderly, children, those who are pregnant/nursing, or people with acute cases of diabetes or osteoporosis. Prenatal Massage (Only Available Monday-Friday)

Specialized massage for pregnant women designed to reduce stress on weight-bearing joints and improve blood circulation to alleviate other normal aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Not recommended for high-risk pregnancies and can only be performed on women between 13 and 36 weeks pregnant. We advise you to consult with your healthcare provider before receiving this service. Head & Scalp Massage

A full pampering of the head with a slight focus of the neck and shoulder area aimed at relaxing muscles and promoting blood circulation. Can help to reduce headaches and relieve stress. Includes use of hair tonic, coconut oil, and hot towel. Herbal hair tonic not recommended for clients with sensitive skin or pregnant women. Please let us know of any allergies and sensitivities prior to booking this service so we can adjust your service accordingly.

Foot Reflexology

+ Couples Massages

  • Currently Island Spa does not offer official couples packages.

  • If 2 guests within the same party have massage appointments scheduled for the same time, it can be arranged so that both guests are placed in the same room for their services. However, this is done on a first-come, first-served basis! So we recommend you check-in 30 minutes - 1 hour prior to your appointment time in order to secure a room.

+ SPA Service Policies

  • Services are not included with the admission (all guests are required to purchase a general admission pass if they plan to schedule a service)

  • All customers with a spa reservation must check-in 30 minutes prior to service time or Island Spa has the right to cancel the appointment.

  • All guests must fill out their service intake form prior to their appointment in order to receive their service. Service intake forms can be found in guests' appointment confirmation email or on QR codes found near our service departments in store.

  • All customers receiving a spa service have the right to stop their treatment 5 minutes into the service. However, dissatisfaction after the full service will not grant any refund. If dissatisfied, you must let us know within the 5 minute timeframe provided.

  • We strongly recommend making a prior reservation at least 3-5 days in advance for all service appointments. Walk-in appointments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis only.

  • All service durations include preparation and change time

  • Guests reserving multiple services in different departments (e.g. Massage & Facial, Massage & Body Scrub, or Body Scrub & Facial) are required to reserve a 30-minute customer recovery time when booking online.

  • Due to high risk, services for our pregnant guests are allowed if they are within 13-36 weeks. For any guests that are not within that range of pregnancy we cannot and do not recommend services for their safety. Services currently available for our pregnant guests (listed below)

    • Foot Reflexology; Head and Scalp Massage; Quick Fix Facial; one hour Facials; Aromatic Sweet Sugar Scrub; Sea Salt Glow; Body Scrub Regular; Body Scrub Plus; Prenatal Massage (Monday-Friday only)

SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICIES (listed below)

  • Service cancellations made over 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will receive no charge.

  • Service cancellation made less than 12 hours prior to scheduled appointments will result in a 25% charge of the reserved service price per appointment canceled.

  • Failure to show up for scheduled appointments will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service price.

APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING POLICIES (listed below)

  • Guests will be permitted only 1 complimentary reschedule in the event that notice is given with **more than 12 hours ** to their scheduled appointment.

  • Guests will be allowed 1 complimentary reschedule in the event that notice is given less than 12 hours to their scheduled appointment, as long as the appointment is within the same department.

  • Guests rescheduling within 15 minutes of an appointment's designated start time will receive a 25% charge of the reserved service price.

  • Once rescheduled, the new appointment cannot be cancelled or otherwise altered in any way without incruing either a 25% charge of the reserved service price when notified beforehand or a 100% charge of the reserved service price upon failure to show up for the scheduled appointment. (To clarify, once an appointment is rescheduled in this way there will be no option for cancellation without a charge)
