We strive to provide a safe and secure environment for all our guests. However, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items during your visit to our spa.

  • If you are reporting a lost item from a visit please fill out our Lost Item Form below. Please be as detailed as possible in the desciption. Our staff will do our best to see if there is a match and an email notification will be sent through our lost and found system. As we process and catalog many items a day, please be aware that it may take a few days before a match is confirmed

  • Lost and found items will only be held for 30 days.

  • It is important to note that Island Spa & Sauna does not assume liability for lost or stolen items.

  • Island Spa & Sauna is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

 To help minimize the risk of lost or stolen items, we suggest the following:

  • Keep valuables secure: Please ensure that you keep your valuable items such as jewelry, cash, electronics, and important documents with you at all times or store them in a secure locker provided by the spa.

  • Supervise your belongings: While using our spa facilities or receiving treatments, please keep an eye on your personal belongings and do not leave them unattended.

  • Use lockers: We offer lockers for your convenience. We encourage you to utilize them to store your belongings securely during your visit. Please remember to remove all your belongings from the locker before leaving.

  • For any urgent valuables please notify a staff member as soon as possible during your visit so that we may assist you. If we cannot, we will ask that you to fill out a form so that we can reach out if the item may turn up
