• Waitlist Access During Peak Times:

  • Guests who have pre-booked spa services may enter the facility immediately without delay without joining the waitlist.

  • All other guests can join the waitlist through the link provided.

  • Once your spot is ready, we will contact you via the phone number provided. To maintain your place on the waitlist, please respond and arrive within 30 minutes of being contacted.

• Group Details:

  • When joining the waitlist, please indicate the number of male and female guests in your party in the notes section. This helps us accommodate everyone efficiently.

• No Waitlist? No Problem!

  • If there is no current waitlist, guests are welcome to walk in and enjoy our facilities.
