  • All guests must purchase general admission in order to enter
  • All guests are required to deposit a government/state-issued photo ID at check-in
  • Guests are not required to make a reservations prior to their visit for general admission
  • Admission does not include any spa services or other purchases inside (e.g. food & beverages; retail items)
  • Guests who book/purchase a service appointments are still required to purchase a general admission pass.
  • There is no re-entry. You will not be able to re-enter once you exit the premises
  • Children under the age of 10 will not be admitted into the facility during regular business days. (On official Family days, Island Spa will allow children of all ages to enter | View Schedule)
  • Children between the ages of 4 to 16 are admitted only when accompanied by a same sex guardian.
  • All prices are subject to change

+ Voucher Terms of Use

  • Any admission vouchers purchased online through Island Spa & Sauna (general admission, admission passes, etc.) can only be used towards the indicated admission type. These vouchers can not be substituted, traded, or redeemed for cash, check, or credit, unless required by law. The expiration date will be indicated on the voucher itself and the voucher will not be redeemable after that date.
  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Admission voucher terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Use of this voucher constitutes acceptance of these terms of use.

+ 10X ADMISSIONS FAQ

  • Can I share my bundle of 10x admission passes with my family & friends?

    • Yes, guests may share their bundle of admission passes with two or more individuals of their choosing.

  • Can I use my bundle of 10x admission passes on the weekends & holidays?

    • Of course! Admission passes purchased from this bundle will be redeemable 7 days a week and on all federal holidays / family days.

  • Is there an expiration date for the passes in this bundle?

    • Yes, all admission passes within this bundle have an expiration date of 2 years after your initial purchase.

  • Does the bundle include any spa services?

    • No, the bundle of admission passes does not include any spa services or other purchases inside (e.g. food & beverages; retail items)
